Role Description

This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, offers the flexibility of combining on-site and remote work. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient communication. You will provide support to executives, manage clerical duties, maintain office systems, and coordinate with different stakeholders to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in Communication and Phone Etiquette
  • Competence in Clerical Skills, including organizing, scheduling, and document management
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the design or furniture industry is an advantage
