Job Responsibilities
- A typical day in this role involves proactively managing calendars for the business leaders,coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and keeping leaders a step ahead as priorities shift.
- You'll work closely with stakeholders to schedule internal and external meetings, handle travel arrangements in line with company policies, and ensure all logistics-from visas to accommodation-are in place.
- Alongside this, you'll support expense reporting, procurement requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and compliant for the leaders and their teams.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience as an administrative assistant in a global team (MNC background is a must).
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and Windows, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and can shift focus rapidly and effectively with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be working with our stakeholders across the business.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, adept to changes, agile
- Able to run with things at fast pace with accuracy and can work independently.
