Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations of the unit.
- Coordinate and support events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and post-event follow-ups.
- Liaise with vendors, speakers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate programme and event delivery.
- Assist with procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and payment processing.
- Support billing, budget tracking, and grant administration while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain records for gifts and donations and assist with reporting requirements.
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for programmes, meetings, and other centre initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
