Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with various parties to organize and maintain GM's schedule
- Perform full spectrum of high-level administrative duties including scheduling conference meetings and calls, conduct research and preparing reports
- Responsible for handling confidential documents, and perform support duties that are highly confidential
- Regularly interact with other business units which may have tasks that are more complex in nature
- Review incoming correspondence, initiate reply as appropriate and route matter requiring actions and follow up to ensure actions are completed
- Set-up and co-ordinate meetings, create agenda and take minutes
- Department Support Functions
- Organiser/Planner for department incentive trips/outings/entertainment
- Ensure department assets are properly maintained
- Liaise with travel agencies for department staff travel requirements and arrangements
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline (relevant experience preferred)
- Excellent IT skills, and good with Microsoft Office suits and IT savvy
- Strong Communication skills
- Meticulous and good time management ability
- 2-years of working experience as a showroom concierge or brand reception
- Previous hospitality or service line experience preferred
- Basic MS PC skill
1 year renewable contract
