Job Description

, a fast-growing regional consulting firm, provides clients with an integrated suite of Smart Business Solutions, namely Accounting, Tax & Finance, Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Bank Account Solutions, as well as Payroll & Immigration Services.

We are looking for a highly organized and presentable Executive, Admin and Customer Service to support our Singapore operations. This role focuses on client presentation, meeting coordination, administrative support, and assisting the sales process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, structured, and able to communicate confidently with clients while ensuring smooth internal coordination.

About the Role

  1. Client Presentation and Meeting Support (30%): You will be presenting our services to walk-in prospective clients during scheduled meetings and prepare the meeting summaries for internal follow-up.

  2. Sales and Client Support (30%): You will be helping with appointment scheduling between clients and sales consultant, and preparing and sending RFQ proposal to clients.

  3. Office Administration (40%): Manage day-to-day on-site office operations, including scanning, mailing, filing, record keeping, manual errands, and handling notary files or compliance-related documents.

Core Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum High School or Diploma equivalent.

  2. Core Competencies Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong presentation skills, and a high standard of integrity.

  3. Relevant customer service or administrative experience: You shall possess a minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles from any industry.

  4. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (read, spoken and written)

  5. Work Arrangement: This is a fully on-site role work-from-home (WFH) is not applicable.
