RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a primary point of contact for reaching out to suppliers for Part 1 process
• Facilitate the supplier registration process by offering guidance and responding to inquiries, reducing turnaround time and improving supplier experience.
• Maintain and update records of supplier communications and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
• Support the team with basic administrative duties and process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma and above.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable engaging with suppliers.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
