Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the preparation, compilation and organisation of documentation required for AACSB and other institutional accreditation and quality assurance exercises, including the Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Report.
  • Coordinate with faculty, programme offices and other stakeholders to collect, verify and maintain accreditation data and supporting documentation for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Support Assurance of Learning (AoL) activities, including coordinating assessment evidence, administering AoL processes, and maintaining related records and documentation.
  • Compile, extract, verify, rename and organise electronic and physical assessment materials, teaching evaluations and other supporting evidence for the AACSB Virtual Base Room and accreditation audits.
  • Assist in maintaining accreditation databases, document repositories and virtual platforms to ensure accreditation materials are accurately archived and readily accessible for future reviews.
  • Support the preparation of accreditation reports, presentations, dashboards and infographics to facilitate data analysis, reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for accreditation activities, including coordinating meetings, workshops, peer review visits, and other quality assurance and external review exercises.
  • Act as a liaison with faculty, programme teams, administrative offices and external accreditation agencies to facilitate the timely submission of accreditation documentation and information.
  • Provide administrative support for the School's Quality Assurance function, including maintaining records, coordinating documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate data, identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to organise large volumes of documentation while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Good writing, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to compile, synthesise and present information accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) experience with document management systems and learning management systems (e.g. eLearn) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and presentation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Canva or similar software) to prepare dashboards, infographics and reports is an advantage.
  • Good project coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight timelines.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience supporting accreditation, quality assurance, audit or compliance-related activities in a higher education environment will be an advantage.
