Job Description
The execution trader role provides an opportunity to work closely with Macro Portfolio Managers with many years of experience and interact directly with market makers, salespeople, strategist, and economists.
Duties And Responsibilities
Requirements
Ideally minimum 2 years trading/structuring/quant experience in front office on the sell or buy side
Understand a wide range of FX / rates derivative products, preferably being stronger in rates
Excellent eye for detail and be very thorough in your checks and processes.
Ability to prioritize given tasks and multi-task effectively when necessary.
The candidate should have a degree from a reputable university in Mathematics, Finance, Computing or otherwise have a demonstrated interest in rates / FX investment products
While the desk will provide guidance, the role requires someone who can perform independently and can step up and take on increased responsibilities over time.
