YOUR ROLE

You will play a key role in supply chain follow-up, acting as the interface between the Electrical Wafer Sort organization and the control tower, division groups, and device teams.

  • Ensure that production batches are completed within deadlines to maximize the target in terms of volume, mix, and cycle time
  • Prepare the weekly production plan and monitor the start plan
  • Analyze the current WIP position in relation to commitments, propose actions and implement solutions to reach execution commitments in volume, WWS, and cycle time.
  • Ensure data integrity and SOX controls related to WIP
  • Work in a cross-functional environment and drive the team to develop actions and sustainable solutions for identified problems.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • At least two years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Ability to multitask
