YOUR ROLE
You will play a key role in supply chain follow-up, acting as the interface between the Electrical Wafer Sort organization and the control tower, division groups, and device teams.
- Ensure that production batches are completed within deadlines to maximize the target in terms of volume, mix, and cycle time
- Prepare the weekly production plan and monitor the start plan
- Analyze the current WIP position in relation to commitments, propose actions and implement solutions to reach execution commitments in volume, WWS, and cycle time.
- Ensure data integrity and SOX controls related to WIP
- Work in a cross-functional environment and drive the team to develop actions and sustainable solutions for identified problems.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong sense of urgency
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Ability to multitask
