EVP / SEVP Product Management (International Markets)

The EVP/SEVP Product Management (International Markets) will lead offshore asset management operations across Singapore, Asia, and Europe, overseeing fund launches, governance, and multi-jurisdictional product strategy. The role involves setting up new funds under Singapore's VCC framework, establishing end-to-end operational, regulatory, and compliance structures in collaboration with legal, investment, and risk teams. The incumbent will manage and enhance UCITS fund processes, ensure accurate and timely delivery of factsheets, investor communication, and marketing materials, and monitor fund performance and governance for continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include restructuring and closing legacy fund vehicles across Singapore and the Cayman Islands, migrating them into new VCC structures, and managing dual-jurisdiction requirements where needed. Additionally, the role oversees regulatory and administrative governance for the Singapore office, including MAS audits, statutory filings, financial reviews, and AML/KYC oversight across all investors and funds. The position also manages trade execution for various fixed-income and multi-asset funds, handling broker negotiations and executing trades through platforms such as Bloomberg, Interactive Brokers, and Allfunds as product and volume expand.
