Job Description

Job Summary

Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities for corporate events, roadshows, brand activations, and private events. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing while collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful event outcomes and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and business opportunities for corporate events, roadshows, brand activations, and private events to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure to secure new clients
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and partners to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, networking, and social media to expand the company's client base and market presence
  • Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and event recommendations aligned with client requirements to enhance client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to coordinate event execution and ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, leads, and revenue performance to inform strategic sales decisions and forecasting
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events to deepen client engagement and market knowledge
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in events, entertainment, or hospitality industries
  • Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
  • Self-driven and proactive approach with a focus on meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for effective sales administration and communication
  • Experience in event management or event sales is a strong advantage
