Job Summary

GET OUT PTE. LTD. seeks an Events Sales Manager to drive corporate event sales by managing client opportunities from enquiry through proposal and closing. This role requires strong client communication, proposal development, and revenue generation skills within events or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities for corporate events to maximize revenue growth.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored event solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and follow-up materials to advance sales.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align project scope, expectations, and timelines.
  • Support smooth handover from sales to operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Track and update leads, pipeline activity, quotations, and sales administration with precision.

Required competencies and certifications

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in events agency, corporate events, or B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proven capability to handle multiple sales conversations and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in preparing proposals, quotations, and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to meeting timelines.
