• Engage customers directly through face-to-face sales at events, roadshows, and other activities to promote client products and services

• Recruit, train, and develop a sales team to expand business reach and effectiveness
• Demonstrate leadership by managing team performance and driving sales growth
• Participate actively in structured sales and leadership training programs to enhance skills
