Our Client, a Well-established Firm is seeking to recruit a Manager / Assistant Manager, Events Registration position.
Note: Their Event are mainly: Corporate Events, Product Launches, Conferences, Showcases, Award Ceremonies, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end to end event registration including but not limited to consultancy, registration and stakeholders management
- Assist with event registration planning, management and ensuring that execution is done properly
- Provide guidance on registration SOPs to team and be responsible for the SOPs and SOW for the delivery of virtual and/or hybrid events
- Involved in sourcing, evaluating and management of third-party vendors
- Manage the registration process to create a streamlined experience for guests
- Manage event collateral design and production
- Responsible for successful delivery of the event
- In charge of budget and timeline management
- Oversee resource planning and post event registration, reports and analysis
- Lead and provide clear guidance to the assigned project team members
Requirements:
- Possess Degree / Diploma in Events Management, Marketing or Hospitality and Tourism Management or other related field
- Possess at least 4 to 6 years of event management experience,preferably in the MICE or related Corporate Events
- Experience in Digital or Hybrid events management is an advantage
- Ability to work well under tight timeline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Adaptable and can react to changes readily
- Able to work independently
