About the role

As a Event Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of the brand upcoming exclusive and prestigious exhibition and related hospitality programs in Singapore. This includes project coordination, production, logistics, and stakeholder management across internal and external teams. The role demands strong organization, aesthetic sensitivity, and experience in luxury events.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and maintain the overall project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate closely with Headquarter, Marketing team, and local partners.
  • Track and manage budgets, quotations, and expense reports.
  • Ensure timely approvals and delivery of all project materials.

Venue & Production Management

  • Oversee event layout, staging, lighting, AV, and all technical requirements.
  • Supervise production houses and fabricators to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Safeguard adherence brand's and visual identity standards.

Event Operations

  • Lead all on-site activities including setup, rehearsals, live event operations, and teardown.
  • Supervise vendors, contractors, and on-site crew.
  • Ensure compliance with venue and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges swiftly.

Communications & Reporting

  • Provide weekly progress reports and maintain meeting documentation.
  • Prepare post-event reports, photo recaps, and learnings.
  • Maintain clear communication between HQ and regional/local teams.
  • Consolidate final sign-off materials and presentation decks

Requirements

  • 68 years of experience in large-scale event, project, or production management, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or art sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Collaborative and culturally aware, able to work effectively across global and regional teams.
