Job Description:
. Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, managing requests and ensuring smooth communication.
. Coordinate and oversee all event logistics - including staffing, F&B, venue setup, and vendor arrangements - while cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers and organizers to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery.
. Organize and oversee team-building activities, ensuring seamless execution before, during, and after each event.
. Utilize project management software to streamline event planning workflows, including pre-event logistics, packing checklists, and post-event documentation.
. Track and maintain account profitability, monitoring P&L and gross profit margins.
. Use Project management software to organize event details, packing list, and post event details, etc
. Contribute to company growth by proposing new ideas and initiatives backed by actionable plans.
If interested, you may also be offered in-house training by a senior facilitator to support team-building sessions directly.
Requirements:
. Experience in Events Management / Coordination / Planning is preferred
. Outgoing Personality
. Good Interpersonal Skills
. Ability to think on the feet / solve immediate problems / improvise on the spot
. Proficient in MS Office
. Organized and meticulous
. Able to work in a team and independently
. Diploma / Degree
