Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Events Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team, with the mission to champion experiential online, offline, and hybrid marketing events that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of business and marketing objectives too propose, develop and maintain a global events calendar with timeline and budget forecast for the Global Marketing team
  • Collaborate with the wider Global Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize each marketing event
  • Manage all events from start-to-end, including but not limited to event objectives setting, budgets and timeline management, and guest and vendor management
  • Plan and implement pre-, during-, and post event marketing campaigns (email, social media, branding and PR, paid ads, print etc)
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to develop and produce all necessary event branding and marketing collaterals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields
  • 4-7 years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or B2B/B2C event management
  • Proven success in planning and executing large-scale online, offline, and hybrid events independently
  • Exceptional events management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to converse in English and Chinese to manage events and vendors in English- and Chinese-speaking markets
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Eventbrite, Asana, and Cvent
