Responsible for supporting the Managing Director, General Manager and Senior Events Manager in all event management activities
Provide support for all events and campaigns (both in-person and digital, where necessary) from pre-event planning to onsite delivery and post-event management
Deliver successful events onsite, overseeing setup and related logistics
Source, negotiate and manage external vendors necessary for all events
Liaise with clients during the event planning process to ensure client satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction (sponsors, delegates, speakers included) by responding to their queries in a prompt and professional manner
Provide customers (sponsors, delegates, speakers included) with necessary event information according to the event delivery timeline
Assist in administration items for the operations team
Customer Service
Responsible for assisting in customer enquiries and support where needed
Working with the CS department on client invoices
