Job Description

Key Responsibilities
. Planning & Strategy: Conceptualizing themes, setting objectives, and creating detailed project plans, including timelines and resources.
. Logistics & Execution: Managing venue selection, catering, AV setup, guest logistics, and on-site coordination.. Budget & Finance: Developing budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
. Marketing & Promotion: Coordinating event marketing materials, managing ticket sales, and promoting attendee engagement.
. Team Leadership: Managing event teams, organising staff/volunteers, and ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders.
. Risk Management: Developing safety protocols and resolving issues on-site quickly.
. Post-Event Analysis: Gathering feedback, conducting evaluations, and reporting on KPIs.TargetJobs +5Required Skills and Qualifications
. Experience: Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role (e.g., hospitality, marketing).

. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or Marketing is often preferred.
. Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and event management software (e.g., registration systems).
. Attributes: Detailed, organized, and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
