- Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, including brand activations, corporate functions, community events, and collaborations.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.
2. Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize partnership visibility and value.
- Research and explore new opportunities for brand collaborations and joint marketing efforts.
3. Marketing & Communications Support
- Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns for events and partnerships.
- Leverage social media, email marketing, and PR to drive attendance and engagement.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and media coverage for events.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in events, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with event/project management tools.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
