We are a music and performing arts school, dedicated to nurturing talent, fostering creativity, and making music and performing arts a way of life. Our holiday season is fast approaching, and we're ready to set the stage for unforgettable performances.

As our events management intern, you'll be at the heart of our holiday programmes, making the magic happen! You'll work closely with our team to orchestrate, coordinate our holiday camps and performances.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with instructors to create engaging and unique holiday experiences.

- Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring every detail is pitch-perfect.

- Manage enquiries and taking of photos and videos for the camps

- Oversee smooth running of camps

- Help us spread the word through social media, newsletters, and community outreach.

- Assist in minding the campers when necessary

Qualifications:

- Passion for music and the performing arts.

- Availability during the holiday season - June-July

- Able to commit for a min of three months

- Team player with excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with social media and marketing is a plus.

- Pursuing a degree in arts management or a related field is a bonus.

- Able to work from both Pandan Valley and River Valley
