Management Trainee

Job Scope
- Greet customers warmly and efficiently handles their orders
- Prepare high quality services
- Assist customers in recommendations and choices of tea-based beverages if required
- Inform customers of any dietary restrictions and allergens, if any
- Orders to be processed accurately with payments
- Follow the standard operational procedures & policies
- Daily hygiene & sanitation maintenance
- Handle incoming deliveries, inventory and report any quality and other issues
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Handle customer feedbacks and inquiries promptly in a professional manner.
Job Requirements
- 5/6 days work week
- Work location: All about
- Friendly & bubble personality
- Preferably have a minimum 2 year experience in F&B
- Basic hygiene certification holder preferred
- Assist with outlet/booth set up & tear down if required
- Assist with up keeping of hygiene & maintenance of shop and iventories.
- Scheduling & ensuring timely deliveries of products
- Assist with with any ad hoc matters as requested by management
Working Hours
Days: 5/6 days work week.
Benefits
Salary: $2500.00 - up to $4,000 monthly
Annual Leave - 7 days
MC - 14 days
Birthday Leave - 1 day
