Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain store visual merchandising assets, including weekly archive updates and daily poster changeovers and installations.

• Ensure all promotional themes and visual displays are aligned to create an engaging and cohesive shopping environment for customers.
• Conceptualise and develop creative display ideas oversee the execution and maintenance of general displays, POP (Point-of-Purchase) signage, and POS (Point-of-Sale) materials across the department store and shopping centre.
• Source and evaluate vendors and contractors, including obtaining and comparing quotations to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure all regulatory and safety-related posters, including Safe Management Measures, are accurate and up to date within the premises.
• Continuously review and recommend improvements to visual displays to enhance the overall brand image and customer experience.
• Identify and engage potential contractors, sponsors, and rental partners conduct regular inspections of event spaces, including Talking Hall to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate and execute event setups and changeovers, including poster installations, video uploads, meet-and-greet sessions, lucky draws, and redemption activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle applications for relevant licenses and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient setup and dismantling of event structures.
• Manage vendor payments in a timely manner while maintaining cost control and minimizing unnecessary expenses.
