Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The Events Executive is responsible for managing weddings, catering, banquet, and group events from initial inquiry through execution. This role works closely with clients, business partners, guests, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery while supporting revenue objectives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wedding, catering, banquet, and group event sales.
• Prepare proposals, reports, correspondence, and event documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
• Conduct site inspections and sales activities.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and business partners.
• Support forecasting and annual business planning activities.
• Ensure event requirements and operational arrangements are properly communicated.
• Achieve wedding, banquet, and catering revenue targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the hotel industry.
• Experience in luxury or 5-star hotels is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong drive to achieve targets.
