Job Description

We operate on Mon-Fri, Half day on Sat, 9.30am to 6.30pm. Base pay of $2800 (depending on your qualification) 5.5 work day
Fresh Diploma Graduates welcome.
Daily role of answering calls and replying emails, do quotation and invoices.
Reliable and committed individual
(Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound call environment. Annual leave entitlement of 12 days.
Comfortable in conveying conversations to customers in English & Chinese.
Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback calls.
Must be able to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
Minimum O'level qualification or Higher Nitec
Malaysian are welcome too
