Job Description

  • We operate on Mon-Fri, Half day on Sat, 9.30am to 6.30pm. Base pay of $2800 (depending on your qualification) 5.5 work day
  • Fresh Diploma Graduates welcome.
  • Daily role of answering calls and replying emails, do quotation and invoices.
  • Reliable and committed individual
  • (Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound call environment. Annual leave entitlement of 12 days.
  • Comfortable in conveying conversations to customers in English & Chinese.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
  • To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback calls.
  • Must be able to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
  • Minimum O'level qualification or Higher Nitec
  • Malaysian are welcome too
