Job Description

Thepurpose of this role:

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager this individual develops and executes events and client experience strategies for the company in the Southeast Asia region, in close collaboration with retail partners.

MainDuties:

BrandMarketing

. To uphold and ensure consistency and alignment of the company's brand positioning and marketing approach across all retailer network

. Strong cross department collaboration to ensure all activities are aligned

Events& Client Experience

. Todevelop and implement regional events in close collaboration with retail partners, with a focus on in-store experiences and exclusive client presentations.

. Toplan and execute the yearly events calendar and develop concepts according to brand guidelines.

. Support the execution of PR, Institutional & boutique opening events.

. Provide visual merchandising support for in-store events.

. Lead initiatives in the regional boutiques that would drive optimal customer journey.

. Towork with retail partners to enhance in-store client experiences.

. Buildand execute a regional unique client treatment approach, work closely with retail partners CRM team to develop an optimal client gifting and overall client development.

. Inventoryand invoice management, distribution of gifts and publication across retailernetwork.

. Monitorluxury market trends on event and client experiences, competitor activities.

. Preparationof post event report.

. Social Media support for boutiques.

. Manage administrative tasks associated with logistics formarketing and visual merchandising assets.

Requirements

. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related discipline

. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the luxury industry preferably in Luxury - Timepiece industry

. Knowledgeand experience in CRM and Events

. Creative, detail oriented, open to contributing new ideas and propose improvements

. Strong communication, language and presentation skills

. Willingness to learn, highly motivated and deliver qualitative work

. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
