Our client is an events company and they have a job opening for the Sales Coordinator position
This role is a hybrid position that combines administrative sales support with end-to-end event logistics. It requires a highly organized individual who can manage tight deadlines and coordinate multiple moving parts-from manpower to client communication-while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet event demands.
Event Logistics & Execution: Facilitate events and manage the behind-the-scenes moving parts, including coordinating drivers, manpower, and logistics. You will be expected to be on-site occasionally to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating timely quotations and invoices to ensure the business cycle remains efficient.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between vendors and clients to ensure all event-related deadlines are met.
Inquiry Management: Act as a responsive point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and provide creative, out-of-the-box solutions to logistical challenges.
Operational Flexibility: Adapt to working outside of standard office hours when event schedules require it.
