GQ Singapore is looking for an Events & Partnerships Executive to support the development of the brand through exciting events, creative collaborations and impactful brand partnerships.

This role sits at the intersection of culture, luxury, fashion and media, supporting the team in developing and executing events, partnerships and marketing initiatives that build GQ Singapore's presence and connect the brand with its audience.

Working closely with the Group Head of Business and the editorial team, you'll help shape how GQ Singapore shows up in the market - from flagship events and brand collaborations to audience engagement initiatives.

If you enjoy working with luxury brands, cultural tastemakers and creative teams, and thrive in a fast-moving media environment, this role offers a front-row seat to building a new media brand in Singapore.

Events

. Support the planning and execution of GQ Singapore's flagship events and experiences

. Assist in developing new event formats and brand experiences relevant to GQ's audience

. Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, partners and guest lists

. Work with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless event experiences

. Private brand experiences and partner events

. Man of the Year event


Brand Partnerships

. Support the development and execution of brand partnerships aligned with GQ's positioning in luxury, fashion, culture and lifestyle

. Assist in preparing partnership proposals and creative campaign ideas

. Work with PR agencies, brands and collaborators to bring partnerships to life


Marketing & Audience Engagement

. Support marketing initiatives that build GQ Singapore's brand presence

. Assist in developing audience engagement initiatives across digital platforms and events

. Help amplify campaigns, partnerships and key brand moments


Who You Are

. 1-3 years experience in events, marketing, partnerships or brand activations

. Interested in luxury, fashion, culture, media and lifestyle

. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

. Comfortable working with brands, agencies and creative teams

. Positive, proactive and excited to be part of building a new media brand
