Brand Marketing
Maintain and ensure consistency in brand positioning and marketing strategy across the entire retailer network.
Foster strong cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment of all marketing initiatives and activities.
Events & Client Experience
Develop and execute regional events in close partnership with retail partners, with emphasis on in-store experiences and exclusive client presentations.
Plan and implement the annual events calendar, conceptualising initiatives in accordance with brand guidelines.
Support the execution of PR, institutional, and boutique opening events.
Provide visual merchandising support for in-store activations and events.
Lead regional boutique initiatives to enhance and optimise the customer journey.
Collaborate with retail partners to elevate the overall in-store client experience.
Design and implement a distinctive regional client engagement strategy, working closely with retail partners CRM teams to optimise client gifting and long-term client development.
Manage inventory and invoicing processes, including distribution of gifts and publications across the retailer network.
Monitor luxury market trends related to events and client experience, as well as competitor activities.
Prepare comprehensive post-event reports and analyses.
Provide social media support for boutiques.
Oversee administrative and logistical coordination of marketing and visual merchandising assets.
