We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Events & Admin Executive to support operations across two sister companies. This role offers exposure to a variety of event management, sourcing, administrative and coordination tasks with clear guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
. Support event venues sourcing via calls, emails, and site visits
. Assist with event space bookings and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
. Update records for venue space availability and bookings
. Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
. Provide general administrative support (filing, printing, email management)
. Assist with on-site operations during events (when required)
Requirements:
. Diploma or equivalent
. Comfortable with making calls and meeting vendors (when required)
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
. Pleasant personality with good organisational skills and attention to details
. Able to support operations across two sister companies under clear guidance
. Flexible to assist during occasional weekends should events require support
