This is a Events & Admin role for someone who enjoys being on the ground during events while also keeping operations organised behind the scenes.
You will support the planning and execution of community events, engage with beneficiaries and volunteers, and ensure administrative processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone energetic, people-oriented, and looking to grow in the social impact space.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Community Engagement
- Planning, coordination, and execution of community events and programmes
- Be present on the ground to engage participants, volunteers, and partners
- Assist in coordinating logistics, vendors, and event timelines
- Build rapport with community members and support their participation in programmes
Fundraising & Campaign Support
- Assist in running fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts
- Help maintain fundraising platforms and event-related initiatives
Digital & Communications
- Support basic content updates for social media and website
- Assist in creating simple, engaging content for outreach
Administration & Operations
- Handle administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Maintain records (event participation, community data)
- Support internal coordination and ad hoc team requests
