Working Hours: 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Salary: $16-$17/hr

Attire: Full black attire event jacket will be provided

About the Role

Seeking Experienced Part-Time Event Ushers to support a high-level corporate event at Capella Singapore.

This is a formal event requiring ushers who are professional, well-presented and confident when interacting with senior-level guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests at the event venue
• Assist with guest arrival and ushering duties
• Support guest movement and directions within the venue
• Provide professional assistance to guests when required
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth event operations
• Assist with other event-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior event ushering, hospitality, or front-facing customer service experience preferred
• Professional and well-presented
• Confident and courteous when interacting with guests
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, responsible and service-oriented
