Job Scope
We are looking for two proactive and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Event Ticketing & Marketplace Sales Assistants. You will play a key role in driving ticket sales, supporting event operations, and ensuring smooth coordination in the lead-up to a major event happening in July 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate group ticket sales through outreach, cold calls, and engagement with communities, corporates, and government organisations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of group tours.
- Handle after-sales follow-up and ensure accurate documentation.
- Work with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales information.
- Coordinate with Finance on revenue tracking and reporting.
- Support Marketplace booth sales operations.
- Assist with marketing tasks, including coordination with the appointed PR agency.
- Support roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the July 2026 event.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and handling enquiries
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to start work as soon as possible
- Able to work at event locations when required
Working Arrangement
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6:00pm
Contract Duration: April/May 2026 - Aug 2026
Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens | Gardens by the Bay (during show & setup period)
Salary: $16 to $18 per hour
