Job Description

Event Services Director leads event teams to plan, execute, and manage successful events, overseeing client relationships, budgets, vendors, logistics (set-up/tear-down), marketing collaborations, and financial performance to ensure top-quality service, boost revenue, and maintain client satisfaction, focusing on strategy, operations, and team motivation

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Relationship Management: Develop strong client relationships, manage enquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery for retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop event strategies, create marketing events, conduct market research, and contribute to profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and direct event teams to meet sales targets and service standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control event costs, review departmental financials, and implement revenue management strategies.
  • Operations Oversight: Review logistics, operational plans, set-up/tear-down, vendor selection, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high service standards, oversee vendor deliverables, and ensure project quality.
