Drive sales and business growth by acquiring new clients and closing event deals.
Lead client relationships from pitch to delivery, including consultations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Develop and present compelling event and production proposalsnaligned with client goals and budgets.
Act as the lead team member, directing internal teams, crew, and vendors to deliver high-quality events.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure profitable, on-time delivery. Provide strategic input into sales strategy, pricing, and client engagement initiatives.
Job requirements:
Degree in Events, Marketing, Business, Arts, or related field. Proven experience in sales, client management, or business development (events or production preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with Canva or CRM tools is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
