About the Role

Seeking Experienced Part-Time Event Receptionists to support a high-level corporate event at Capella Singapore.

This is a formal event requiring experienced, professional and well-presented receptionists who are confident in handling guest registration and interacting with senior-level guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests and VIPs upon arrival
• Assist with guest registration and attendance verification
• Print and prepare guest badges as required
• Distribute door gifts to guests
• Assist guests with basic enquiries and directions
• Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth registration and guest arrival
• Perform other ad-hoc event duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior reception, event registration, hospitality or front-facing customer service experience preferred
• Professional and well-presented
• Confident and courteous when interacting with guests
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling guest registration and basic administrative duties
• Punctual, responsible and service-oriented
