Job Description

We're partnered with a boutique event agency that organise events within sports. They have strong client relationships and delivery excellence.

They're now looking to hire an Project Manager to deliver excellent events and build strong client relationships. This is a full-time, Singapore-based role.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting on end-to-end operational delivery of events, from planning through on-site execution and post-event review

  • Venue overlay and set up for events
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief

  • Drive operational efficiency, quality control and profitability across projects

  • Act as client contact, providing operational support and strategic counsel

  • Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers

  • Anticipate and resolve delivery, resourcing and stakeholder challenges

Experience required

  • 4-5+ years experience in event management/event project coordination, with experience ideally working for a boutique events agency

  • Coverage of sports events and an understanding of venue overlays and build for sports events
  • Strategic, organised and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build good relationships with clients

  • Highly organised
