Event Programme Intern
Location: Islandwide
Commitment: 5-Day Work Week (Must be available to work weekends)
Are you passionate about bringing events to life We're looking for a creative, hands-on Event Programme Intern to join our team! This is a great opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at how concepts turn into reality.
What You will Do:
- Event Curation: Assist in brainstorming and developing themes, activities, and schedules for upcoming programmes.
- Execution: Support on-site event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to teardown.
- Liaison: Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to manage logistics.
- Content Support: Help prepare event materials, decks, and basic promotional assets.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A proactive student or recent graduate with a can-do attitude.
- Availability: Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including Saturdays and Sundays (off-days will be scheduled on weekdays).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
