1. Project Leadership
- Lead the successful delivery of projects from initial brief through planning, execution and post-event closeout.
- Develop project plans, production schedules and delivery strategies while ensuring projects remain on time, within budget and aligned with client objectives.
- Take ownership of overall project outcomes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and driving solutions before they impact delivery.
2. Client Management
- Serve as the primary production lead for assigned projects, building trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, professionalism and responsiveness.
- Work collaboratively with Account Leads / Commercial Team during proposal development, providing production expertise, implementation strategies, budget guidance and operational recommendations where required.
3. Budget & Commercial Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs throughout delivery and ensure projects achieve agreed commercial objectives.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers, manage procurement responsibly and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies while maintaining quality.
- Support variation management and advise clients on commercially sound solutions when project requirements evolve.
4. Production & Operational Excellence
- Lead all production planning, including venue coordination, technical planning, logistics, supplier management, staffing, rehearsals, installation, show operations and dismantling.
- Develop contingency plans, ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements and maintain a high standard of execution throughout every stage of delivery.
- Work closely with UP's in-house AV, creative and operations teams to deliver integrated
- solutions that maximise quality and efficiency.
5. Creative Delivery
- Partner closely with Creative, Design and Technical teams to translate concepts into practical, deliverable experiences.
- Provide production input during concept development, ensuring creative ideas remain achievable within budget, timeline and venue constraints while preserving the integrity of the original vision.
6. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and a positive working culture.
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to more junior team members, helping to build capability across the organisation.
- Share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve team performance.
7. Business Improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Unearthed Productions by improving production workflows, templates, supplier networks and operating procedures.
- Support initiatives that enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, sustainability and overall client experience.
