Event Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, inflate and quality check balloons and event decor before dispatch
- Execute onsite event setup, installation and teardown
- Support delivery loading, packing and equipment handling
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines and setup requirements
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors and venue contacts for smooth execution
- Monitor event setup standards and troubleshoot onsite issues independently
- Maintain inventory of balloons, materials, tools and event equipment
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality control requirements
- Support warehouse and fulfilment operations when required
- Assist in post-event dismantling, returns and equipment recovery
Requirements / Skills
- Physically fit and comfortable handling hands-on setup work
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and flexible event hours
- Good attitude, responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced event environments
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good execution standards
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets and basic digital tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent (Events, Logistics, Hospitality or related fields preferred)
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Relevant event or operations experience is an advantage
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
- Class 3 driving licence (optional)
- Experience in balloons, event decor or installations
- Experience handling onsite client requests
- Able to lead part-timers or support junior crew
