We are looking for a full-time Event Onsite Specialist who will be responsible of setting up our Onsite printing system at events and provide a smooth experience to both the event organisers and event attendees. A successful candidate is one who is able to respond well under pressure and be creative in adapting to situations.

We'll trust you to:

• Set up the Gevme Onsite Printing System at events and provide technical support
• Liaise with clients to create onsite plans and tasks
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Handle simple ad-hoc duties
• Answer queries from clients, employees, vendors (and anybody else!)
• Provide a seamless, efficient and highly professional event onsite experience

The requirements are:

• Experience in the events industry
• Being reliable and responsible
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity to multi-task and collaborate in a team environment
• Computer proficient and able to learn new technologies

We'd love for you to have:

• Knowledge of printer installation and setups
• Experience in event software
