About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Events & Marketing Specialist to join our growing wealth advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing client events, managing social media content, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Support brand-building initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase client engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver successful events and marketing campaigns.
Perform all other assigned duties as required by the management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event planning, social media management, or marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Canva or other design tools a plus.
Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
