Our consultancy firm supports business expansion and client engagement strategies in the food and service sector. We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Event Manager to organize and manage events that elevate brand presence and foster B2B connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop event concepts tailored for the food and service industry, including pop-up showcases, tasting sessions, and promotional activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, from venue setup to post-event evaluation.
- Source and manage F&B suppliers, promotional vendors, and service providers.
- Align event objectives with broader business development goals.
- Monitor expenses, vendor contracts, and event risk assessments.
