Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The Event Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategic events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, enrolments, and franchise development opportunities across MindChamps.

The role will oversee a wide range of events, including preschool open houses, franchise discovery sessions, education seminars, parent engagement programmes, community outreach activities, corporate partnerships and marketing campaigns.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement an annual events strategy aligned with the Group's business and growth objectives.
  • Create, manage and lead the end-to-end integrated calendar of events across all MindChamps business units.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and lead generation through events.
  • Recommend innovative event concepts and experiences that strengthen MindChamps market positioning.
  • Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, registration, programme coordination, event setup, staffing, transportation, budget and on-site operations.
  • Design event experiences that increase conversion opportunities
  • Track and report event-generated leads and conversion outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotional plans and communication strategies for events.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with event vendors, agencies, venues, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service at all events

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing activation, brand engagement, or business development events.
  • Proven track record in delivering events that generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong project planning and execution capabilities, able to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media and event promotion strategies
