Job Description
- Plan and manage local and international events to support marketing and agency goals within the financial services sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events.
- Develop event concepts, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, set-up, and attendee engagement.
- Manage event-related communication materials and promotional activities.
- Track event performance and prepare post-event reports to measure success and identify improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during event planning and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and event outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Event Manager Should Have
- Proven more than 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Global events management exposure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality events.
- Proficiency in event management tools and software is advantageous.
