We began in 2011 as My Private Chef, creating gourmet hospitality and events with our network of world class chefs, speakers and lifestyle partners. After over a decade of delighting clients through their palates, we realised we could do much more.

Role Overview
If you thrive in the world of hospitality events and conferences - where creativity meets precision, and every detail shapes a guest's experience - this role is for you. You won't be doing it alone: you'll be supported by a project buddy or team, depending on the scale of event, who will have your back from start to finish. Together, you'll helm the full journey of our events across Asia Pacific, making magic happen both behind the scenes and front-of-house.
Job Description
Who We're Looking For
Someone who:
Has at least 5 years of event management experience
Genuinely loves events and project management
Is creative, adaptable, and fast on their feet
Communicates confidently with strong English
Has an eye for design, styling, or production is a huge bonus
