About the Client:
Client is a well known local Chinese Association.
Role Summary:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events organised by the Huay Kuan, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality experiences for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of major events
2. Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets
3. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers
4. Ensure all logistical and operational aspects are managed effectively
5. Monitor and evaluate event success and implement improvements
Pre-requisites:
1. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
2. Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Able to work independently and as part of a team
5. Detail-oriented and well-organized
