Event Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of corporate and consumer events from concept to completion
• Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and propose creative, feasible event solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
• Oversee all aspects of on-site event execution, including setup, staffing, and breakdown
• Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and client feedback reviews
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit requirements
• Supervise and mentor junior team members or freelancers where required

Requirements:

• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred
• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning/management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event/project management tools
