We are partnering with a leading global financial institution that is looking for an Event Manager (Analyst level) to join their regional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving end-to-end event management and delivering impactful experiences for both clients and employees.
What Youll Do
- Plan and manage 20+ events annually, including conferences, seminars, client appreciation, product launches, and internal engagement activities.
- Take charge of end-to-end event logistics: design, budget management, supplier coordination, invitee and speaker management, and on-site delivery.
- Manage hospitality programmes and sponsorship activations to enhance client relationships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet business objectives and reflect the organisations brand values.
- Collect and analyse post-event feedback to measure success and drive improvements.
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of event management experience (from financial institutions, MNCs, or agencies).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability in handling budgets, logistics, and event systems.
- Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Willingness to travel 12 times a year for events.
