- Transform client briefs and internal concepts into innovative 3D designs, visual presentations, and storyboards.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Lead the creative process from concept development through final design execution, maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Production team, providing technical guidance to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished deliverables.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding project objectives and consistently delivering exceptional design solutions.
- Contribute to team success by supporting additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Hiring requirement/skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the MICE, exhibitions, events, or related industries, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, or spatial design projects.
- Strong ability to interpret client requirements and develop creative, innovative, and practical design solutions.
- Skilled in spatial planning, conceptual design, and visual storytelling, with the ability to communicate ideas through sketches, renderings, and presentations.
- Proven ability to translate creative concepts into detailed production drawings, technical specifications, and execution-ready documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max , Adobe Photoshop , and Adobe Illustrator , with a strong understanding of their application in event and experiential design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for project documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
